Women's Ministry
Agape's women's ministry holds brunches and annual seminars, featuring worship, testimonies, and teaching.
Women of Excellence
The 'Women of Excellence' ministry, more fondly referred to as 'W.O.E,' operates under the warm and encouraging leadership of Kathy Murray, who is the overseer of Women's Ministry at Agape.
Gatherings
The women's brunch at the church's fellowship hall, a delightful and spiritual gathering, will now have its dates and times announced on the church calendar. These events are more than just meals; they include worship sessions to uplift the spirit, personal testimonies from various women of the church that inspire and share experiences, and brief, impactful teachings or words of encouragement to guide the attendees.
Emphasis on Prayer
Prayer plays a pivotal role in these gatherings. Women come together to pray for each other, fortifying the bond of sisterhood and interceding on each other's behalf.
Annual Seminar and Retreat
Once a year, the W.O.E ministry takes a deeper dive into spiritual growth by organizing a day-long seminar and retreat. This event is highlighted by in-depth teachings from the Word of God, shedding light on various scriptures and their applications in daily life. A special speaker, often renowned in the field, leads the session and provides fresh insights. Integral segments of prayer and testimonies reinforce the group's commitment to shared spiritual experiences.
Open Invitation
All women, whether members of Agape or not, are heartily invited to join the W.O.E ministry. It's not just about attending; it's about being part of a larger family. Attendees are also encouraged to bring along a friend, amplifying the experience for both.
